I have the deepest respect for hospice nurses etc. My mother had cancer and had a wonderful RN that offered her comfort and support not only to her but to the family. In my 27 years of health care I have also seen the many benefits from the support of hospice. They come in 3 times per week to visit with resident and are there to listen, hold their hand or offering comforting words. Hospice worker are angels in disguise.
