You need to reflect on two end states.

As an Activity Professional You need to think about the end state of roles and skills you need to improve.

Two end states.

1. "What do I want to be to be a beterXX?"

2. What do I want to be better at?"

Think about --how a process runs or how a group dynamic can function better.

Questions that can guide after-action review include:

Wha;t happend:?

Why did it happen?

What went ;right?

What went wrong?

How could it go better next time?

When you get into this habit, you build an expectation of, and mutual commitment to, continuously improving togvether.
