This is a cool 3 Muskateers candy bar wrapper!  If you need to reward someone in your facility--this would be a great way to do it!  Stash a candy bar in a drawer for a reward.

Activity Director Certified Provisional (ADCP). PLEASE NOTE that as of October 1, 2019, NCCAP will no longer offer ADCP. This is so that NCCAP Certification is in compliance with Federal and State regulatory and survey requirements. The last day to apply for ADCP is September 30, 2019. All individuals who have started ADCP prior to October 1, 2019 will maintain the time-frame of up to 6 years for completion of ADCP.
