I Need Your Help!

Dear students--Please journal on this entry-
I know that you are all super busy!  My part time job is turning into a full time job!  I am having a night mare in trying to keep up with emails etc. I search and search and search in many emails for parts of the assignments.  When we had a phone interview as we set up the course I asked you to send and attach the self study with everything except signature etc. items that would not  fit into that document.  I have many students---- and some students are cutting and pasting and and sending up to 10 different emails, several faxes with no cover sheet.  In CC3 you were to devise a fax cover sheet for faxing, that cover sheet would even work for scanning!  You know what you are sending me, I do not know what you are sending!  So---
1.  AS of August 1, 2015 please send me your self-study for each core content via email and attachment,  if you do not now how to do that, or have a problem, please receive an okay from me  to scan or fax the self study. 
2.  Scan or fax signatures and only items that you cannot email in an attachment.
3.  Please send a fax cover sheet telling me what you are sending by fax or scanning.
4.  Please let me know in the body of the email what you are attaching in the email.
